ADVANCED BUILDING SKIN LTD.

Provide facade schematic design, tender drawing, and Value Engineering during the tender stage. Provide QA/QC and logistic inspection service during the production of curtain wall panels.

Provide DIP and shop drawing design services, including structural and thermal analysis of the curtain wall system, and QA/QC inspection service for curtain wall production. We can also provide structural certificate and Reg.126 certificate for Australian projects.

Facade Consultancy
We provide general facade consultancy services, DIP and Shop Drawing design for all types of facade system:
  • Unitized curtain wall system design;
  • Metal cladding Facade;
  • Stone cladding design;
  • Full glass Facade design;
  • Cable Facade design;
  • Window and door system;
  • Facade structural analysis;
  • Facade thermal analysis.
Structural Design & Certification
We provide structural engineering design service and structural certification, Reg. 126 or Form15 certificate for all facade related structural element designs:
  • Carry out supporting structure analysis based on the facade schematic design;
  • The analysis includes the overall framing analysis and connection finite analysis;
  • With the stat-of-the-art structural analysis software, we can provide analysis to complicated structure to suit different facade architectural design.
Logistic
We offer Project Coordinator to assigned project in monitoring the entire project on behalf of our partners:
  • Stationed in production house to oversee/ monitor daily production;
  • Coordinate between partners and production team to report real-time production progress status;
  • Entire production flow from design drawings, raw materials, fabrication, production, packaging and logistics, to be reported at daily basis;

Curtain wall QA/QC consultancy
We provide full time and periodic factory production QC inspection service to ensure the high quality products outcome to our partners:
  • Full time factory QC inspection (stationed in production house);
  • Periodic factory QC inspection (stationed in production house);
  • Factory Visit/ Assessment/ Inspection;
  • A real-time daily report will be generated to our partners for their first-hand information to ensure the quality and progress of the production;
  • Weekly QC Report will also be provided on a weekly summary on quality issue and major defects.
